These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Island Siege (the "App"), a single-player mobile game. By downloading, installing, or playing the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License to use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store's usage rules.

2. What you may not do

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the App or its art, audio, or code, except where applicable law expressly permits it. You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

3. Ownership

The App, including its game design, code, artwork, and all related intellectual property, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. Your game data

Island Siege saves your progress locally on your own device. We do not host, back up, or have access to this data. If you uninstall the App or lose your device, your progress may be permanently lost, and we cannot recover it for you.

5. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

7. Changes to the App or these Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license to use the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where App Store terms require otherwise.
